Hilton Tucson East

It’s a nice hotel and well maintained.

I think for as much as the room costs, the breakfast buffet should be included. I feel like Hilton does a huge disservice to it's customers by nickeling and diming them right on down to the bottle of water in the rooms costing $2.00 for non-members.

Excellent and helpful staff - awesome air conditioning (we like it cold)

Enjoyed my egg white omelettes at the restaurant inside the Hilton. Excellent service from my servers Dylan and Leanne; both were very personable and attentive to my needs. The front desk folks were nice as well and helpful regarding my questions. The room was lovely and clean with everything in working order. Didn’t spend much time around the Hotel as I was visiting family; nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Hilton Tuscon East and would recommend their accommodations to anyone traveling to this amazing city.

I was told breakfast included an that wasn't the case . We were charged for everyone breakfast plate it's was a.complementary breakfast. You need to be specific on breakfast an let guest know m own it's only a Danish an a cup of coffees..but everything else was excellent.
